Inès Mertens

Principal, Sourcing Manager

 

At Inventures since 2015, Inès worked as Investment Manager and Sourcing Manager. She is looking for new investment opportunities and partnerships. Prior to joining Inventures, Inès lived in California where she gained extensive experience in business valuation theory and practice during 6 years. She worked with companies in all stages of development, specifically with early stage companies in the Silicon Valley.

 

Prior to her move to California, Inès spent several years as Senior Financial Analyst at Deloitte Corporate Finance in Belgium where she acquired her financial expertise in global corporate finance including business valuations, mergers, and acquisitions.

Inès holds a Business Master’s degree from the Louvain School of Management. She is certified as Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) within the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) in USA. She also passed a Circular Economy Masterclass (designed by Ellen McArthur Foundation) at Exeter's University.
