Lauren Wyman

Senior Investment Associate

 

Lauren Wyman is an Associate at Inventures, which she joined in early 2020. 

 

She has a wide range of global experiences spanning the private and public sectors. She consulted for start-ups in her hometown of Cleveland, Ohio on market strategy and coached international nonprofits on accessing impact finance. She also contributed to research on evidence-based social interventions published in the Stanford Social Innovation Review. During graduate school, she taught statistical modeling and spent a semester at HEC Paris, where she studied under experts in venture capital and sustainable investing.

Prior to graduate school, Lauren worked for the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP), where she raised over $15M for climate adaptation projects in Central and South America and managed a national emergency response fund in Colombia. 

 

She holds an MBA and Masters of Global Affairs from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from Princeton University.
